• Does my dog get trained while at the Lodge?
  No the training is separate. If you would like your dog trained or you would like to get training please make an appointment from www.doglogic.co.nz 
• Do you supply food or do I need to bring food?
  We feed Black hawk and Mighty Mix at the Pet Lodge so if your dog is on something different or special you might want to bring their food. No we do not charge extra for feeding your food or medications.
• Do you use electric or prong collars in the Boarding kennels?
  No, I will not have them on the property.
• Will you put my dog with another dog at sleep time?
  No, each dog or family of dogs have their own room.
• Does my cat have to share a room?
  Nowe only have separate and big family rooms no communal. 
• Is there people that live on the property?
  Yes so you can rest assured that your pets are watched over even in the evenings.
• How much notice do I need to give to book my pets in?
  If it is not a public holiday normally you can book and drop off the same day. During Christmas/New Years, Easter and other weekends we can book up months in advance.
